Bounce House Participation Acknowledgment and Release

I understand that participation in the Restoration Church bounce house involves inherent risks, including the risk of slips, falls, collisions, and other physical injuries. On behalf of my child/ward, I voluntarily acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and give permission for my child/ward to participate in these activities.

I understand that safe participation depends on following all posted rules and the instructions of Restoration Church staff and volunteers. I agree to ensure that my child/ward follows all safety rules and instructions at all times while using the bounce house. I understand that failure to follow these rules or instructions may result in my child/ward being removed from the activity..

I understand that Restoration Church will provide reasonable supervision and safety measures; however, I recognize that not all injuries can be prevented. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Restoration Church, its pastors, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, demands, or liability arising out of my child's participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Reconocimiento y Exención de Responsabilidad para la Participación en el Castillo Inflable

Entiendo que la participación en el castillo inflable de Restoration Church implica riesgos inherentes, incluyendo el riesgo de resbalones, caídas, choques y otras lesiones físicas. En nombre de mi hijo(a) o menor bajo mi tutela, reconozco y acepto voluntariamente estos riesgos inherentes y doy mi permiso para que participe en esta actividad.

Entiendo que la participación segura depende de seguir todas las reglas publicadas y las instrucciones del personal y los voluntarios de Restoration Church. Me comprometo a asegurar que mi hijo(a) o menor bajo mi tutela cumpla con todas las normas de seguridad y siga las instrucciones en todo momento mientras utilice el castillo inflable. Entiendo que el incumplimiento de estas reglas o instrucciones puede resultar en que mi hijo(a) o menor bajo mi tutela sea retirado(a) de la actividad.

Entiendo que Restoration Church proporcionará una supervisión y medidas de seguridad razonables; sin embargo, reconozco que no todas las lesiones pueden prevenirse.
